Okullar?n kaliteli STEM e?itimini içeren fen bilimleri uygulamalar? yapabilmesi için öncelikle ö?retmenlerin e?itimi ile ilgili inançlar?n? ve alg?lar?n?n anla??lmas? gerekmektedir. Ö?retmenler, bir ö?rencinin yetenek geli?imindeki önemli ki?iler olarak, ö?rencilerin e?itimlerini etkileyecek öngörü? deneyimlere sahiptir. Bu kapsamda ara?t?rmada alm?? s?n?f ö?retmenlerinin disiplin alanlar?ndan ö?retiminde ya?ad?klar? kayg? düzeyleri temelli ders etkinlikleri hakk?ndaki görü?leri ortaya ç?kar?lmaya çal???lm??t?r. Ara?t?rmaya 2019-2020 e?itim ö?retim y?l?nda özel kurumunda görev yapan 250 ö?retmeni kat?lm??t?r. Ara?t?rmada karma yöntem çe?itlerinden “s?ral? aç?klay?c? desen” kullan?lm??t?r. Ara?t?rma kapsam?nda veri toplama arac? olarak “Fen Ö?retimine Yönelik Kayg? Ölçe?i” ara?t?rmac?lar taraf?ndan geli?tirilen 10 ö?retmenine uygulanan 7 soruluk yar? yap?land?r?lm?? görü?me formu sonuçlar? düzeylerinin yüksek düzeyde oldu?unu cinsiyete göre farkl?la?t???n? ç?karm??t?r. Ayr?ca ö?retmenlerin, dersi birlikte yürütmek zorunda olduklar? uygulamalar?na ayr?lan zaman? etkin kullanam?d?klar? uygulamalar s?ras?nda i?leyi? endi?eler ya?ad??? da tespit edilmi?tir.
